The Hog Roast Company works very differently from most outside catering companies. Instead of relying on a third-party company to hire us the tableware and equipment, we made the decision to own all the equipment ourselves. We have made the substantial investments needed to purchase all the equipment used in the running our business.

We now own everything required to run several major events on the same weekend! Each event has a refrigerated vehicle on site and we can set up a full mobile commercial kitchen anywhere.
